Winter stays and longer lets are negotiable, please contact us with your requirements.
On booking, we require a 20% non-returnable deposit, followed by the balance no later than 10 weeks before arrival. See Special offer for 2010 and 2011 bookings.
We would request that you contact us to confirm availibility and complete a booking form prior to paying a deposit.

We also require a fully returnable security bond of £200, payable with the final balance, this will be repaid immediately after your stay (providing no damage has occurred).

Payments are to be taken in sterling although the appropriate rate of exchange will be applied at the time of booking if you pay from an alternative currency.
Instalment payments are welcomed provided the final balance is paid no more than 10 weeks before arrival.
Group bookings for under 25's and hen/stag parties are not accepted.
Sorry no pets or smoking inside the villa for the comfort of other guests.

Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday, however we are open to variations on request, especially in low season. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The villa will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, however we will try to be flexible if possible.
