The villa's peaceful, secluded location is ideal for a romantic luxury break, or provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy quality time together as a family.This Lindos villa features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, traditional Greek barbecue, private sunbeds and parking, and indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Internally, the villa has a brand new, fully-fitted kitchen, modern home entertainment facilities, wetroom and bathroom, with air conditioning throughout.

The vibrant villages of Lindos, Lardos and Pefkos, and a multitude of beaches, are just a few minutes drive away from the villa. This villa is situated in Pylona, a traditional Greek islands village within the Lindos municipality, with several excellent local tavernas and shops. The local village is easily walkable from the villa via a country lane lined with olive, lemon and orange groves, and donkeys.

We welcome Lindos wedding parties and honeymooners, and can recommend excellent wedding planners, hairdressers, beauticians etc. on request.We have both shared a love affair with Lindos, Rhodes for many years, and would be happy to assist you with any aspect of your stay there, from places to go, where to eat, car hire etc. This Lindos Villa has three-bedrooms comfortably sleeping six people. We are very accessible to families, and can provide an infant bed, highchair and cot on request.

This luxury Lindos villa boasts breathtaking rural views, which can be enjoyed from the lower terrace, private master bedroom balcony, or from the decadent roof terrace, furnished with large jacuzzi, relaxing circular day bed and comfortable outdoor sofas. Olive Grove Villa is on the edge of a small development of houses, ensuring that much of the property is not overlooked, offering the opportunity to mingle with a small friendly community whilst still retaining adequate privacy.  

Facilities

Kitchen The spacious kitchen features all mod cons, including halogen hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, espresso maker, iron and ironing board. All essential cooking equipment, tea towels, crockery and cutlery for internal and external use is provided. There is a large dining area with a contemporary dining table seating 6 people. A tried and tested selection of traditional Greek recipes are available in the villa should you wish to try your hand at authentic Greek cookery! Patio doors open onto the side pathway leading to the main pool area and outdoor dining area.

Twin Bedroom One of two twin bedded, air conditioned rooms featuring large fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the outdoor rear of the property. An extra foldaway bed is available if required.

Wet Room The lower wet room features shower, basin and low level WC.

Lounge Area The spacious air-conditioned lounge area is equipped with two designer sofas seating 6 people comfortably. Modern home entertainment equipment includes LCD tv, CD player, DVD player. There is an extensive library of CDs and DVDs for relaxing evenings. Many playstation games and board games are also available for keeping children and adults entertained. There are a number of Rhodes tourist guides and brochures situated in the lounge area to help you make the most of your stay on Rhodes if you have not visited this beautiful island before NEW for 2012 free WIFI.The front door opens onto the lower terrace.

Master Bedroom features a designer Italian king size bed, dressing table, large fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a west-facing balcony overlooking the outdoor pool area and endless olive groves beyond.The room is fully air conditioned and there is a secure safe available for your use.

Twin Bedroom second of two twin-bedded rooms is situated on the first floor leading to a private terrace. This room has large wardrobes, is fully air-conditioned, and features patio doors leading to a private outdoor balcony area.

Bathroom The main bathroom is fitted with bath, overshower, low level WC and bathroom cabinet.

Roof Terrace The upper terrace is West-facing, and is lavishly furnished with a large jacuzzi, day bed and sofas, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local sparkling wine, watching the spectacular mountainous sunsets towards Mount Attiviros, or gazing at the array of stars in the night sky, over unspoilt countryside.

External area For alfresco dining, a six-seater table is situated on the raised patio area, this area provides welcome shade for the majority of the day, with glorious views onto surrounding olive groves, and is a perfect spot to enjoy the uninterrupted birdsong while you enjoy a leisurely breakfast. In the garden area, there is a traditional Greek brick chimney barbecue,there are private sun loungers to use by the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, and an outdoor pool shower for cooling down.A selection of pool inflatables are available for use whilst staying at the villa, including a volleyball net. There is private parking and a well established olive tree within the grounds.

Property Management Included in the rental price is a welcome pack for all of our guests to include some essentials you may require when you arrive. For a small fee, we can also arrange for your shopping requirements to be at the villa on your arrival.

We have a well respected management team who are based locally and own and run rental villas themselves, so have extensive experience in this field. We have ourselves stayed in one of their villas, and the service received was exemplary. They are highly skilled in all aspects of pool and jacuzzi management, and are second to none in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail.

They will greet you on arrival at the villa to help you settle into your surroundings, and there is also a 24 hour help line in case of any emergencies as part of the villa rental package. If required, you can be met at the airport by a member of our management team to assist you on arrival with directions etc. We are very confident that they will be able to help you with any issues during your stay in Rhodes.

The pace of life is slow and relaxing, a perfect getaway from the stresses and strains of normal working life. Crime rates on the island are extremely low.

The North of the island, including Rhodes town, Faliraki, Ixia, Trianda and surrounding areas, is well populated by locals and tourists, and offers a wide choice of activities and attractions for couples and families. The lower end of the East coast, South and West coast are considerably more rural, and offer a wealth of quiet coves alongside more traditional Greek villages. Because of the small size of the island, all aspects are within easy reach by car. Bus and taxi services are also easily accessible and, on the whole, reliable - although the notorious 'Greek time' occasionally applies to the local bus services!

Whilst our luxury villa is set in the traditional greek village of Pylona, it is close to Lindos with its four beaches, rooftop tavernas restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This location is ideal for any type of holiday and we welcome families, honeymooners, or Lindos weddings guests. Situated only 45 minutes from Rhodes town and the airport it makes an ideal location for all types of luxury villa holiday.
