Weather in Rhodes is generally sunny, and is especially hot in the summer months, hotter still in the southern part of the island.
Rain falls heavily in January and February and is very welcomed! Often there are a couple of cloudy/rainy days in April and late September/October. Rhodes is two hours ahead of the UK,and the local currency is euros.
It is adviseable to drink bottled water while on Rhodes. Tap water is not polluted with microbes, but does have a very high mineral content, difficult for untrained stomachs to digest.
